Shipping & Return Policy

All of our orders are usually shipped using Parcel Force 48 hours delivery. We try our best to ship our orders same day where possible. We deliver to UK mainland only .*
*Due to the current climate our warehouse is functioning on very reduced operating hours. 
We aim to process orders between Monday and Friday each week and hope to deliver to East and North London postcodes within 24 hours of processing. With orders heading to all other postcodes we ask that you allow 3 working days for delivery.

We have a flat rate delivery fee of £4 - £8 - £13 depending on the size of the parcel, on all orders up to £39.99 and offer free shipping on orders £40 and over.

Please note that Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on online purchases. They can be spent in store only and the value of the voucher must be used in full in one transaction. Customers that have an MK Loyalty Account will not be able to accrue points on purchases paid for with a gift voucher.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, virtual addresses or parcel forwarding services.

 

How do I track my order?

Where possible, when your order is despatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier.

 

What happens if one of my beers is missing or broken?

We know that the beers not arriving in perfect condition is frustrating, but know that this is one of the risks of shipping glass bottles! We take special care to ensure all our orders are sent out with their full quota of beers but on the rare occasion that one of your beers is missing or broken please get in touch and we will do our best to sort this out for you.

 

Returns

If you do change your mind about your order and no longer want your beers please get in touch with us at shoponline@motherkellys.co.uk within 5 working days of receiving your order.

We only offer refunds for returned beer and beverage orders. We are able to offer an exchange or refund on returned clothing and merchandise (provided it is returned to us in the same condition it was sent out). Return delivery and postage charges are non-refundable, except in cases where there is an issue with the order.

The cost of postage and safe return of returned orders are the responsibility of the customer until the order is back in our warehouse. We recommend that a trackable method of postage is chosen and you hold on to the proof of postage. Once your order has been returned we will get in touch to let you know it has been received and your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.
