Tropical fruit - Floral - Mineral
A classy white burgundy from a 25 year-old parcel of Chardonnay on the outskirts of Péronne, considered the best part of the Mâcon-Villages appellation. Planted in clay/limestone soil, the fruit tends to keep its acidity due to a cooler microclimate, resulting in a bright, fresh wine. Only lightly fined and filtered and lightly sulphured. The bagnum keeps the wine fresh and smashable for weeks, saving both the environment (up to 80% lower carbon emissions than glass packaged wines) and your wallet.
Pair with: Roast chicken
Grape: Burgundy Chardonnay
